A container lashing operation platform, also referred to as a lashing dojo, is a dedicated operational workstation designed for handling container corner fittings. Our standard structure features a maximum overall height of 7000mm, a bottom steel structure base width of 5240mm, and an operational surface positioned at 2500mm above ground level. The platform is constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel, providing superior corrosion resistance against salt spray and harsh marine conditions typical in coastal ports.

Safety is paramount in our design. Each platform is equipped with dual-sided safety handrails and kick plates to prevent personnel falls and stop tools or debris from dropping. Access is provided through industrial catladders with integrated safety cages, ensuring continuous fall protection during ascent and descent. Additionally, movable concrete barriers are positioned around the platform's exterior to protect the steel structure from potential collisions with container trucks and forklifts.

Our platforms support multi-tier container stacking operations, allowing workers to safely perform lashing and locking tasks at elevated heights. The right-side detailed drawing in our standard structure specifies nominal guardrail dimensions, including a 300mm horizontal section width and a 1000mm total outward extension.
